I am not creating a whole Xbox Live account and lose all my achievements or game saves. Other steps I took to troubleshoot cleared cache on HDD, created a new profile within game, removed the bot accelerator/personality and re-added, checked region which I saw here on forums. But at least give the option to remove and/or buy a new one! Instead of a RED/SLASHED CIRCLE! Besides isn't it free now? But the last rep told me no. Maybe Authentication Server! - Totally guess here, have no idea! My theory is that the old pass code for my game is used (since it was on my old drive) and was non-transferable, I get it. Its not the content server from MS and its not the EA Servers. So I have no problems downloading, N7 suit, the Bot Accelerator and Personality. I go to the download online pass which takes me to the Xbox Stores, Selection Overview, Online Pass (Red/Slashed Circle next too), Cancel. Well that did not work, however when I launched the game and went passed the create new profile within game to the Download your Online Pass from the server a message told me "N7 Suit unlocked" ok. Now the last one told me to reinstall the game. Now I talked to the Reps which told me it was the MS servers on Saturday, then on Sunday too. In the Xbox Stores portion of the game the Online Pass has a Red/slashed Circle next to it. I didn't use the cloud feature, yes I know, dumb. My HDD failed about 6 months ago so I lost everything. Installed the game to my Xbox 360 as I always do. I bought the Limited Edition 2 years ago.
